Delivery & Returns


How do I redeem a promotional code/voucher code?

On occasion we release promotional codes for seasonal offers or specific products. Should you wish to redeem such an offer then please ensure you key the relevant code into the redemption box on the checkout page before proceeding to payment. We regret that we do not have the facility to credit vouchers once an order is processed.

When will my order be dispatched?

Once payment has cleared your order will be dispatched. You shall receive a confirmation email of all products that you have purchased once payment has cleared.  We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm the same working day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are sent either Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on their size.  Due to size restrictions our multipoint door locks are sent via UPS.  Should you require a more immediate delivery service then please ring us for more information.

How do I keep up with updates to your website?

Website updates will be published in our email newsletter – sign up here if you wish to subscribe.  You can also keep up with UPVC Maintenance Supplies via our blog, Facebook page and Twitter feed.


Ordering


How do I search for the item I want?

We offer a comprehensive range of products, and the easiest way to search is to browse the categories through the “shop now” button at the top of our website.  If you know the exact product you are after you can use the search bar at the top right which will filter all of the available options for you.

How do I place an order?

Your items can be ordered directly through our website – we offer secure payment facilities and same day despatch whether you order online or over the phone.

If you have any questions, or wish to double-check the parts you are ordering are correct then please do give us a ring.  Our technical team are available from 8.15am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday to advise on any issues you might have and you can either continue your order online or order directly with our team over the phone.

Can I change the details of an order once it is placed?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed and a confirmation email has been sent we cannot change any part of the order.

Can you help with choosing/fitting a product?

Although we don’t offer a fitting service our technical knowledge means we are well-placed to advise on the correct item and how to install it.  We have a number of how to guides on our website (and this section will continue to grow so do check back), and we can also help over the phone or at our trade counter – give us a ring or pop in if you’re local.
